I hate the amount of attention this is getting in the media, but I guess with Lonzo it comes with the territory. I had this matchup circled 3-4 days ago before the Gortat comment came out, which drives me nuts that it's getting all this attention now. That said, I was hoping for a point total at or below 26, but this is a little inflated so I can't go as big as I'd hoped. I'll have to settle for a half point higher. May add to more to it or related props closer to tip. Walton will most likely try to get the them to focus more on team defense to slow down Wall. Thing is, as long as Ball is on the court it will be difficult. Despite his stats through three games, his +/- splits on/off the court are pretty drastic and that is due almost entirely to his lack of defense, but also some poor decision-making on passes early in possessions resulting in turnovers near the top of the key, which Wall can take advantage of with his quick hands and speed down the court. I actually expect that it won't just be Wall, but the whole team trying to make a point tonight and hedging some of this with points+assists is probably wise because team the team defense on Wall should draw plenty of clean looks for his teammates that he can facilitate.
