Typically best odds get the golden ticket for first pick, but the draw can be fickle. If Orlando does get #1, Noel would fit nicely there, but he won't be 100% until after Christmas, if he pushes it early he could have a Sam Bowie type short career.

I'm hoping Philly gets the pick on the biased side.
