I love how they say these NBA teams are going to be tired after a long series or what not, when they don't even play back to back games...These old school NBA'ers have to be laughing at the amount of time off between games...Besides that they don't even play hard for 4 quarters,maybe 2 and a half,I can't even say they play hard for 3 quarters?Thats sad....I miss the old NBA when you actually played hard,and when playoffs came you knew it was time to play or go home,not stretching every series out to game 7.It's all about the money know...Play the 5 game series like it used to be and have back to back games,make a bench a worthy product...Miss the days of seeing a guy like Vinnie (the microwave) Johnson come in and just ignite his team,and I wasn't even a Pistons fan.These fucking refs control the game, and it is unwatchable for the most part for me.... How many of you that read this thread can actually say you would rather watch a playoff game today compared to 20 years ago?Be honest too....I watched some of the Clippers game the other day, they are giving Crawford a FT after making a 3 because he falls down,not because he was knocked down,because he fell down,it is as much acting and trying to sell a foul as it is actually fouling.Believe me there was some acting back in the day but for the most part when Laimbeer or Mahorn hit you,you got hit,there wasn't acting.Just staying with old pistons for whatever reason.....The NBA is a soap opera now,just trying to keep you entertained,some can figure out the next episode and some want to believe games aren't influenced,while there are a few smart ones that know otherwise.I will predict that the NBA wants a Lebron/Durant Finals this year.The league is all about those 2 and just don't see it any other way.
