Here I go again....

After finding a first half play in the spurs game that I didn't even pull the trigger on until RC gave me a little shove, I have found another one that has some value.

UNDER 94.5 Denver/Boston First Half

Denver comes into play boston who are playing in the first game off a road trip in which previous years have proven to be a good under spot to begin with, but the celtics have also played great defense of late to include the last game when the gave up a lowly 69 points to the raptors. They also get a boost on the defense when Randy brown returns to play, and he could provide fresh legs and great defense against Van Exel at the point. However this pointed to the under play in the entire game. However my reasoning for the first half is simple, Boston will play good defense at home but it will be the Nuggets that look to impress early.The Denver Nuggets spent Sunday morning examining videotape of poor defense in the first quarter of a Nov. 28 home loss to the Indiana Pacers. And on the flight to Boston, the Nuggets might have been watching tape of another bad quarter against the Pacers that did them in. The Nuggets allowed season highs of 37 second-quarter points and 63 first-half points during a 104-96 loss to the Pacers at Conseco Fieldhouse on Tuesday night. Denver (7-10), losers of five of the past six games, has dropped seven consecutive road games at Indiana.

With the poor performance at indiana especially in the first half, this one should stay under the total.

Personally I love the Nets tonight -2. Their tough at home and Kidd will show why they should of kept him. Nets are alot better team then I think most expect at this point. See alot of people loving the Suns tonight , would love to know how come, I don't see a advantage for them. Good luck to all, whatever you play.

Both teams are shooting very well in the first half at 46%, and the under in the first half would have cashed if not for a halfcourt shot by pierce, but I digress.

Two Unit Selection UNDER 94

The celtics have the matchup advatage in this game at more than one position and it shows as pierce and walker are both in double digits, but more importantly the celtics are beating the nuggets with size as Battie is off to a great night with 8 points and five boards. Hate to drop more than the original line, but the celtics are the best choice as van exel is the only scoring output from the nuggets and he has two fouls.

Chi at ORLANDO

Looks like the REAL BULLS showed up tonite in ORLANDO. Down by 17 at the half, I can't get myself to play em at +20! No way... they are allowing MAGIC to do as they wish, hitting 62% from the field. Normally, I'd suggest taking CHI in 2nd half, as there's little probability ORL can match such a feat. However, you need a team that can hit a few shots to cover, and other than last nite's FLUKE, this BULLS team can't. Going with the UNDER.... I think both teams will slow it down and hit less and with the wide margin, late FT's should not be an issue.

Seattle shot very well from the floor, 50%, and stackhouse only has six points from the floor, yet the pistons clawed back to make it a two point game at half? The pistons are only shooting 18% from the arc, this would be a higher rated play, but the pistons are getting outboarded badly.I'll take the home team with momentum.
