It would be inconsistent of me to not come in and acknowledge your accomplishment last evening. Congrats on the winners??.well done.
Even though we?re not likely to be best buds??hopefully we can at least find the common ground of mutual respect? I realize you believe I took things too far?...and maybe I did to make a point.
Being a Pottawatomie Indian, possibly my point in this whole situation can easily be explained by referencing an old Indian saying used in the great Clint Eastwood?s movie????................ ?The Outlaw Josey Wales?:

Unfortunately, you were the second individual (who hadn?t posted any NBA plays in recent memory) to enter one of my threads and critically point out that an ?i? hadn?t been dotted??or a ?t? wasn?t crossed. First time I just let it pass??second time??well
I bet last night after that 54 point Mia/Port 3rd period??and having 4+ minutes left in the 4th period??and lacking only 7 points to bust your under 94 2H play??you weren?t real concerned about ?i?s? and ?t?s???
I will freely admit?..?i?s? and ?t?s? were the last thing on my mind as Mello hit that jumper with 1 tick on the clock in Houston to prevent an OT from bust?n my under 192!!
Point is it's all about capp'n??if and when criticism is call for??let?s find fault with something worth cross swords over? Most here at MadJack?s are truly more concerned about winning at their sports books??than winning at a spell bee contest.
Respect is earned in this forum two ways:
-posting up winners for the masses of lurkers who never bother saying thanks
or
-posting respectful replies to those doing the best they can
I have the utmost respect for the likes of Clem D, KC Wolf, BDB and others who post plays with records plainly exhibited for the whole world to see. To maintain a winning record publicly posted in this forum individuals must calmly handle immense pressure and extreme stress at times.
Hats off to all these forum brethren too numerous to mention!
Anyone who is willing to let it all hang out and document every play here at MadJack?s for the record has my paramount respect.

All those words for me. :mj14: I usually post when I see a value in posting. I'm not here for the most posts. Some people out there do feel like they post more, meaning they get more respect or get more props b/c 1000 or more posts means they are important. Quality not quantity. I'm kinda a neat freak. When I see a mispelled word, or something to that extent. I correct them. Just for correction purposes. Not to be a smart ass. But when they spell it the wrong way all the time, there's a problem. Mispelled once ok. Might be a typo. But keep on saying it wrong, just makes a person ignorant on what they are talking about. How can you respect someone who doesn't even find out how to spell the right person's name they are talking about. I have no with anyone here. Everyone here is here to win, I don't see why they should even argue for the sake of winning a battle of words. Getting the last word only satisify your ego and yourself. But everyone else arounds u think you're a stuck up ass. I have no problem with you. Just plain and simple was, I corrected your spelling. If your teacher corrected your spelling, you wouldn't get smart with her or him, would you? I didn't say it in a smartass way. Plain and simple. GL to you in your picks.
