smax, if i had $8 million laying around that i wasn't really using, i definitely would have tossed it in the pot. keatts has singlehandedly reduced a proud program to rubble. it will probably take many years to undo the damage he has done. luckily, with nil and modern transfer protocol, maybe it won't take as long as in prior years.
Knew Keatts was on the way out in early January. Number of portals leaving the program vs number coming in, wasn't even close. Far cry from last year's phenomenal run into NCAA's. He'll get another shot at a lower D1 program, he was solid while at UNC-Wilm. Glad he's gone, now he can start over.
We have a similar issue here in Iowa City.
Hell, this coach can't even get his own kids to stay here.

lol. You got your wish Loop. Crazy what a year makes!! He was treading on thin ice going into ACC tourney last year before the epic run that took yall to the F4. I had the pleasure of meeting KK at a couple of benefit breakfast events and once outside. He is a high quality guy but in this cut throat biz it is all @ the W and the Ls. GL in finding a worthy replacement.
