Last year, the Buffs ran for 315 yards against the Rams. After watching CSU allow 220 yards rushing against a very young Virginia team we think the Buffs will repeat last years' dominating performance.
Florida St. (-26) over Virginia
Florida State should be sky high for their home opener after dropping a couple of spots in the polls this week. FSU was too fast for the Cavs in Charlottsville last year and they will be much too fast for them in Tallahassee. We look for the first WOODSHED of the season with FSU over UVA.
Houston (+8) over Rice
These teams have been very close the last couple of years with Rice winning both by a total of 10 points. We see this as Houston's best team in the past few years and they get the call as the underdog pick of the week.
