4-2 yesterday hitting my big play on OSU-Lou under 144, took another brutal loss on Akron, rates right up there with the worst beats of the year. But, got lucky on Washington as they were down 22-4 in the first half and came back to win and cover in the final minute.

May add later a little surprised at the Duke line of 9 at Clemson, passed for now since it has all the makings of a trap game.

Horrible luck on the Zips not covering as Ball State banked in a 3 from near midcourt at the buzzer. one ref wanted to waive it off but recanted and allowed the meaningless (for most) shot to count.

The Zips do have a couple of really nice guards and will cover their share. They should continue to improve as all the new faces continue to mesh together.

Spang, I agree the Zips have a nice young team and they finally seem to have some good athletes, this team will be one to keep a eye on come MAC tourny time.
