For once, I agree with Dickie V. Butler got totally screwed. Gonzaga got pretty much screwed. Ball State, I can live with being out. But c'mon, Boston College? Sheesh. This is just going to further the IMHO regrettable trend of increasing major conference sizes and diluting the meaning of conference play. Why bother going 14-2 in your league when you can't get an at-large, when you can basically go .500 in a major and skate in.

I'm wondering what the ATS records of bubble teams that get in have been the last few years. Would tend to think they are pretty poor. I'm looking to fade at least a few of them.

Was hoping to fade Miami and Missouri and play on Xavier and Hawaii first round. D'oh. That lower West bracket is absolutely brutal. Gotta love your sleepers butting heads early. Ah well. It's showtime!

nakor, I agree with you. Also very suprised to see 3 MWC schools get in. And I would much rather see Butler in than BC. Gonzaga a 6 seed and Marquette and 5 seed got jobbed. Probably will find more later, this is just first glance.

Nakor,
Dickie V is right, as are you. BC...what a joke. The
BIG EAST
is overrated. 6 teams! Why not 8 teams? Georgetown was just as good or bad as any other. Mediocrity across the board. What's the purpose of the rpi rating anyway?
Oh well, the Terps are in and #1 seed. :) Terps rule! :)
