The advantages for the Irish are at quarterback and the interiors of both lines. There was a visual mismatch at the line of scrimmage last year and that seems to have gotten worse in the defensive line and 3 offensive line starters have missed time in camp including the starting fresh center. And to lead this offense is either a senior that's completed 56% of his passes or a frosh taking snaps from a frosh. All while implementing a new offensive system. And a lot of the longhorn disadvantages could be minimized by a home field advantage, but Darrell K Royal is about as intimidating as south bend. The Irish weakness and inexperience in the secondary will be tested this year, but this is not one of those weeks.

Texas lines look better than I thought. Jelly will panic and go throw first and Texas has a qb and a line to give him enough time to drop one deep.
