Fairly optimistic for this season as I think the Irish defense will be better than people think and I think that the Offense will struggle more than people think. It looks like 9 to 11 wins and a New Year's six bowl which is probably where the program is right now. Brian Kelly has learned that style points matter, so I expect that if they're up by double digits, they will try for more, but I think you'll get a better line if you wait until half time.
Louisville was never a 2 win team last year. They quit on a coach that quit on them and they will have enough effort to keep this interesting and may even lead in the first quarter. Notre Dame has struggled early on the road during the last couple of years and it's tough to imagine them humming along early.
I'm playing Louisville for the first half and will probably be looking to play ND in the second half and in game.
