. . . .and if I was coaching ND, they'd cover 6.5 in a virtual home game against a defense that gave up 8 yards a carry against an offense that couldn't get out of it's own way in a game that the team had quit on its coach so obviously that Haden had to cut ties with his coach on the bus because one more day, one more hour with him would be detrimental to the team.
But I don't know where Kelly's head is. . . he could be drafting feelers to Austin, LA or Lincoln. . . . and I don't know where the defense's collective head is either.
But, no matter if they're into this game or not, they won't show up in the first quarter, because they never fire.
I'll be betting Arizona in the 1Q as soon as I can get a line.
