March Madness is just a month away, with Selection Sunday slated for March 13, and there are a number of heated battles shaping up in a number of NCAA College Basketball conferences.



Two solid SEC teams that have both struggled in recent games square off Saturday when the No. 18 Kentucky Wildcats visit the No. 24 Vanderbilt Commodores (1 pm ET, CBS).

Kentucky (17-6 SU, 5-4 SEC) has lost two of its past three games and three of its past six. The Wildcats are coming off a 73-61 win over the Tennessee Volunteers on Tuesday.

Vanderbilt (16-6, 4-4 SEC) has also dropped two of its past three. The Commodores are coming off a 78-60 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks last Saturday.

Next up Saturday, the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes face another strong challenge to their undefeated record when they visit the No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers (2 pm ET, ESPN).

Ohio State (24-0, 11-0 Big Ten) has a three game lead atop the Big Ten conference over the Badgers and the No. 12 Purdue Boilermakers. Wisconsin (18-5, 8-3 Big Ten) has won three straight, including a 66-59 win over the Boilermakers last week.

A Saturday night Big East clash has No. 4 Pittsburgh Panthers visiting the No. 10 Villanova Wildcats (9 pm ET, ESPN).

Pittsburgh (22-2, 10-1 Big East) has won three straight since a Jan. 24 loss against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Villanova (19-5, 7-4 Big East) dropped its last game Wednesday 77-76 against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, and has lost four of its last seven.
