NE/STL thoughts

i am leaning towards NE +8 and the under...
not sure why, but just a hunch....
what do you guys think?

any tips would be nice

Like NE a little-- have them at +9'. Just don't know if the can slow down the Rams. Might play them on the ML(small) also just so I can root for my team.

I like the over here a lot. I am unsure about the side. It is hard to tell. But the over looks very good to me.
