I saw this line opened at 6 and now is up to 11.5 at some places. At first glance it would seem that tech is the obvious play IMO.
However, when a line looks that obvious I always hesitate to play it. Last week, tech crushed kansas state and so I am now thinking that the public would be all over tech because of that performance.
does this line seem high to anyone else or is it just me? I can only believe the thought is that tech can not stop anybody and people believe neb will be able to shut them down to cover 11.
Tech has only lost to Houston and Texas which are pretty good teams- or at least it appears they are.
Neb beat MU at Mu last week and played a really good game against v tech but lost in the closing seconds.
I thought this was a good game between a potent offense of the south vs. a good defense in the north and was expecting a much lower line. now i am so confused i probably will not play or on the other hand- pound tech.
any comments would be greatly appreciated before i make a decision :shrug:
