2017 Traverse. Ac is not cold. Hit a coyote a few months ago and tore the front end up pretty good. Had ac condenser replaced among other things. Going to try a can of the Freon but curious what else it could be if not a leak not found at bodyshop. Has ran fine since June when replaced but now not getting cold. TIA for any knowledge!

BTW this was an adventure in and of itself. I had never filed a claim in my life(25 years of driving) and was on the side of I-40 at 2am with wife and kids 4 hours from home. Went down hill from there:facepalm: Are you thinking I might be able to go back to insurance company with this?

you can take in back to the installer to see if you have a fitting leak..
they can be so minute that it takes several weeks for the freon to discharge to the point of no cold air.
you should have a warranty on the work to cover just such things
they should put a dye into the system with a refill of freon to find the leak in the system.

If you hit an animal, that is a comprehensive claim. Also, The animal hit you...... You didn't hit the animal.
