Hey everyone, its that time of year again...finally! Anyway, I was dealing with Olympic for over 7 years untill I called up to make a withdraw and they wanted me to fax over a copy of my DL license and a copy of the front and back of my crediit card. I was shocked, after being with them for over 7 years I never had to do that. They always just cut me a check. To me that was like asking for identity fraud. Anyway, I need a new book, one that dosen't require such vital and personal info to make withdraws other then a password DOB etc. Thanks in advance, also is you have had the same issues as I had please feel free to share.
