We would need more information to make a good decision. Was this member banned after they registered (and paid) for the contest?

If so then I say nothing is owed to the banned member, he should not have got himself banned.


Did he get banned and then register (and pay) under another name (ghost)?

If so then the banned member should have known better and again I say nothing is owed to the banned member.



Now, I believe we all know who this is pertaining to. My vote (if I had one) would be to allow him to play in the contest (assuming he has already paid) and instruct him to not post anywhere but the contest thread. If that member decides to post elsewhere after being told not to then he forfeits his contest entry.
