Does anyone have experience with GPS systems for their car? I've been looking at the TomTom GO 510 and it seems pretty nice. TomTom seems to be the leading brand and the 510 has what I need/want. Anyone have one or used it? Thanks!

Listen forget about the TomTom. It sounds likes something that would get you lost.

Take TheBoys advice. Get a membership at Costco. Buy your GPS.

Did you know that if you ever find a price cheaper for the same unit Costco will pay the differance.

Not only that but if anything happens to it, and I mean anything,
Costco will take it back, give you your money, no questions asked.

TomTom is too close to PomPom for me.

I have an old Audiovox 5000 that worked well that came used in my car. Just ordered the Pioneer Avic Z-1, depends on what you want to spend but both Pioneer and Alpine make a good line of products.

Thanks Scott-ATL, no I didnt know that they pay the difference on products and have a great return policy. I'll have to keep that in mind for some other "big buys". I checked out their site, but they didnt have any of the new TomTom's (the 510 and 910) which I'm really interested in. I hear they're the best brand which is why I'm leaning towards TomTom. Even though, I'd love to hear how your GPS works on your trip BahamaMama. Thanks!
