Need Help for week 4....

I am in a Fantasy Football contest & he has to choose 2 of these 4 running backs to start....

Murray, Phil. at Wash.
Ivory, Jets at Miami
William, Bills home to the Giants
Abdullah, Det. at Seattle


I know he has to start William vs. the Giants, but who should the 2nd back be?

For sure not Abdullah.....pretty close between Murray and Ivory. Both could have big days! Personally I have Ivory on two teams, so I'll be going with him. He's been a bit banged up with the groin injury, but basically has had 2 weeks to rest. Didn't take a snap last week. He'll be ready to roll this week in London vs Miami who's defense has been absolutely nothing as advertised. My pick is Ivory. GL!
