Need help with a Carib transfer to Paypal

Hey there! I need some help guys. Hopefully there is somewhere here that can help. I have approx. $100US dollars in my carib account and I'd like to cash out. The thing is it seems Carib is really geared at making U.S. cash outs a lot easier than Canadian. I was hoping I could cash out back to my CC or even to a Canadian bank account without being charged some kind of crazy fee. It seems like I cannot do either. So what I'm really trying to ask here is if there is someone that I can transfer my money to that has paypal and a carib account and can just paypal my account with the funds. It seems to be my only option right now. I am looking for someone with some good heatware or ebay references. Here are mine:

get a prepaid atm account then the transfer is free and you can then deposit the funds whereever you like.

Yeah, ummm this prepaidatm thing ain't really working out for me. Is there anyone that can help me with the paypal way? Or know of a sure way I can get the cash out of my carib account without being charged insane fees?
