Need help with figgering over & unders

Over time, I have been satisfied with my ability to pick spreads, but my ability to pick O/Us leaves something to be desired.

As we have a light schedule in the NHL, I thought today might be an opportune time to present the topic and hopefully get some response.

i dunno, check out www.covers.com

they have some pretty good numbers when it comes to over/unders on certain days rest...and in other situations...

personally, i'm liking totals better now cause if i lose, atleast i know it's not gonna be a -250 ML !!!
