NEED INFO FOR VEGAS FIGHTS!

Going to Vegas for the Hatton/Pacman fight.
So far I have no tickets in hand.

Can someone tell me if there are scalpers a plenty out there for the past fights?

Ticket brokers online are selling worst seats right now for $350-$450 so I figure if scalpers are always on site then I can't do much worse than these prices.

Any info would be appreciated because I have not been to a Vegas fight since about 2000 and I had tickets in hand so wasn't paying attention to scalpers.

I know the following of the 2 fighters may raise scalp prices but with the economy so screwed up, I was hoping the market for tix would not be as high.

Just remember if you run into scalpers offering OK deals early in the day after traveling across the country, tell them to F off and you are bound to find cheaper tickets at the stadium. It ALWAYS works.

Considering 2 of these tickets are for you then I am trying to make sure we get tickets because if no scalpers are out in force fight night then we need to know.

For the Fight Night events they were offering about 20% above regular price. For the Lesner card, prices were nuts. And for the GSP/Penn, you needed a weepaul bankroll to get in:scared

For boxing I have no idea.


My advice, sit down at a table (wherever the fight is taking place) play for about half hour or so, and then ask the Pit Boss where you can get tickets, they always seem to know where to find em.

Gonna be a tough one with the Brit element factored in. They support their fighters like no other. Lots of singing for that one. I was at the Cox pavilion for Hatton-Castillo.Many unsold seats, HOWEVER, there were 5000 brits/scots there and it was a lot of fun. Best fans in the world. Lots of Pinoy here in Vegas, plus this isn't Castillo, it's Pac-man, and it's the MGM, so look out! There are always scalpers around, but for these marquee fights, they are criminal. Got to just keep shopping and wheel and deal.
