As long as utah st money line hold, I stand to win 3k IF richmond stays within 3. They are down 4 at half.
The halftime line is xavier -0.5 2nd half..
I have about 400 left in the account ..
What would you guys do??

If you can bet the 2H ML, definitely play that before you take Xavier minus the half. That way, it's impossible for you to lose both bets, which would tragic. Assuming this amount of money is of quite a bit of value to you... with just 400 left in your account and 3000 already on the line, I would definitely advise you to go ahead and and put it all on Xavier, say, -130 for the second half, or at worst, just take Xavier at '1/2 for -110. You're going to be heartbroken if Richmond loses by 4 or more and you miss out on 3000... in that case, at least you saved 400 by hedging. You aren't going to punch yourself too hard if Richmond covers and you only win ~2400 instead of 3000. Think of that money as half yours... the hedge is definitely the play IMO.

Good luck!:toast: :toast: :toast:

alrite thad, this book doesnt have a money line 2nd half

but im putting the 400 on xavier 2nd half minus 0.5

if xavier ends up winning by exactly 4, some stripper in vegas is going to be out a lot of money(friends bachelor party coming up), hehe

PLEASE NO 4 POINT XAVIER WIN!!

All that said, I didn't see any of the first half at all, so my advice is based entirely on money management and none whatsoever on in-game capping. Thought I still like my advice! :SIB kurby kurby

I'll be cheering for you man. The 4-point loss would be tough. I've had a couple of those before... even went on a crazy rant in Box's thread once. :tongue (Sorry for that Box!)

I think you made the wise choice. Of course, ultimately I hope you regret the hedge in a sense, since that would mean you win the 2400. :SIB

I probably would. Nothing is certain in these conference tourneys. Just look at Purdue right now...:scared
