Hey guys I know I havnt been posting much lately I have been really busy finishing up school and working over at Universal Music / Fontana. Anyways they have me posting on message boards asking members what they think of their artists and the reception has been poor because the members think all we are doing is spamming. So I talked to Jack and asked if I could ask a favor from all you guys here. If any of you could go on http://www.myspace.com/criticalbillmusic and listen to a couple tracks for me and then come back and post what you honestly think and if your comfortable with posting your age( 20's, 30's, 40's is general enough) and roughly where in the country you are from that would be of great help.

Thank you for all who help me out on this project.

varied tastes; usually have Rob Zombie, Guns 'n' Roses, or Metallica in the cd player, but I also listen to a lot of contemporary Christian. I also like lots of late 80s/90s rock.

I think this band would be enjoyable to see live, but I would never buy the music. Too much rap for my taste, and I don't think they're too awfully talented musicians. Of these songs, Hear I am is by far the best, and I could see it getting airtime. I like the switch from the soft/slow to the heavy (maybe a little heavier would be good). I didn't like any of the other 3 songs.

gl on your project, and I hope this wasn't a setup and your band as I wouldn't want to be dissing you! :com:

thought they sounded like every other wanna be limp bizkit /linkin park type band with heavy sound and rap parts. and i like that kind of music. i've heard way worse, but nothing makes them better than the 1,000s of other bands playing the same chit. i differ from everyone else in that downtown the world was the only song i kinda dug. and the song 1000 times might be the worst song i've ever heard.

just my opinion

hope it helps

Brad: I'm 32 and live in Columbus, OH. I do not play the "I like all kinds of music" card because I'm very picky. I only like a few bands (although I like thousands of songs) and rarely listen to FM radio. My favorite bands are Pearl Jam, CAKE, and Weezer. Used to love Van Halen but now I get ill when I hear them.

Here I Am: Kinda boring. I can see people listening to it, but not something I could imagine anyone every requesting. Sounds too much like the other lame ass rock bands of today.

Downtown the World: Some of the wiggers that work for me might like this crap, but it's not for me.

This is Critical: This is the only song I kind of like, and yet I find it really annoying. Either they need to change the chorus or drop it because the rest of the song was pretty cool.

1000 Times: Really sucks. Trying way to hard. I might go as far as to say this song is an embarrassment.

I like bands that have interesting lyrics, and that isn't part of this package. As BDB said, they sound like 1000s of other bands with that same type of sound.

Above the Clouds....
Really liked the intro to the first song. Sounded like 3 Doors Down. didn't care for the rap that followed.

53 from NY and listen to classic rock. Have a radio where ever I go.

I'm with Six-five and Vinnie. I liked "Here I am" but didn't care for the others. Sorry, but I don't think I'd buy the CD.

From Detroit, I'd still take Robb Roy hands down.

Age: 49, Virginia born and bred :)

To put it bluntly, Here I Am was the only song I could listen to for more than a minute, it did have a Limp Bizkit feel to it...

The other 3 IMHO were horrible...
