Need some reassurance

Took the following parlay:

Memphis +4 (Whew!)
Florida -1
Minnesota +12.5 *
8 units

*Sweatin this Minnesota game. I know it's early, but Illinois scares me. Any thoughts? Thanks to all the good cappers and write-up

Unsure what kind of thoughts to look for.

You cant do anything with 2 games on the backend of a 3 teamer going on at the same time.

A lot of 3 team parlays end up 2-1. Making normal straight bets, 2-1 pays the bills and is better than 98% of all handicappers.

Going 2-1 and losing 8 units is ridiculous. Betting 8 units on a parlay is the shortcut to the poorhouse. But....

If you win, and I hope you do, take your 8x6 = 48 units and QUIT. Ive hit 12 teamers for 'fun' that paid much less than half of that.

48 units is something that I like to call a GOOD YEAR. Not a good parlay hit on a Saturday afternoon. Best of fortunes on your remaining games.

Pulled it through- thanks for the input...Played the 8 units for fun as well. Don't do it often. I agree, if you do it a lot, it's a ticket to the poorhouse. Thanks and GLTA!
