You can go to Control Panel and then Appearance & Themes and then Display ... I hope this helps.

right click on desktop, but not on an icon
go to properties
select settings, move the slider on screen size or screen area all the way to the right. that will give you the maximum. if it doesn't go that high, then you need a new monitor
im assuming you need to 4-table. i had to buy a new one myself to fit 4 tables on there. spent $500 but well worth it. pays for itself if you know what i mean

Freezer, its going to depend on your video card. you can only go as big on your screen as your card allows. You could have an old 15" crt and run that size you want although it'd be toilet. You can get a decent video card for under 100. Look @ tigerdirect.com they have good deals on video cards and often run specials on flat panel displays for under 300.
