:cuss: I'm getting piss....

Needs help guy about a bet i made on F.Serra yesterday vs Dlouhy. It was made in the result that he had loss the game so my sportsbook graded it as a loss. Now i see he is playing right now vs Monaco!!! I checked on Brazilian open the draw and it shows he won 6-3;2-6;6-4

so i called back my sportsbook and for 15 minutes they keep telling me that he lost that they have several sources telling them he lost the game. I told the guy; Then explain to me WHY IN THE WORLD he would be playing right now if he lost yesterday!!! He kept telling me that different sources have the same result: he lost!!! :violin:

he is suppose to call me back in 15 minutes after checking again...

The official website of Brazilian open or atp tennis website when it shows he is playing doesnt seems enough evidence for him!!! :shocked:

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY WAGER GRADED AS A WIN??? Ask Dlouhy to call them??? :mj03: :mad: F****

Well this would explain it. If this is the official website than I think it is the most valid. I notice on BF for the outright winner, there is no Burlocq or Dlouhy. But there is Serra and Vincente.

I just talked to a friend at a sportsbook who had the same problem (2 different results). He said they settled on Serra as the winner.

patrick - damn there's been some weird goings on this week... am sure they will see the light in the end and cough up once they realise a(nother) mistake was made...
makes me very nervous about live scoring for sure...
