Neteller - How long is too long?

Question to those who make withdrawls using Neteller on a somewhat frequent basis.

I consider myself old school and was used to always withdrawl via check and would have it priority mailed or fedex'd. Just over the past few seasons Ive been making some neteller transactions, but with results similar to the timetable of the checks. Currently Im over 2 days wait time for a withdrawl and its not the first time Ive used this method at this particular joint. It seems excessive but Im wondering.

On average, how long does it take the sportsbook to process a neteller withdrawl upon request and transfer it to your account?
If you could list the book and the transaction time that would be great as Im looking to open up another account as well.

Gee I wonder which book it is??

Royal, SBJ, Sportsbook.com, Playersonly are all books on here that just suck and slow pay - compared to the top books.

All you have to do to get paid at Royal is to complain to the forum, then they'll speed it up for you.

Anything other than a few hours, same day - is totally unacceptable and sign of a shitty book.

Here are some sponsors that pay very quickly: Jamaica, Pinny, Oly, Wsex, Vip group, Bowmans, Nine.

Stick to those if you want YOUR money quickly.

ditto to the above.

the quickest and amazing quickness is carib and pokerstars. you make the withdrawal and go straight to neteller, the money is already there.

5dimes is another good book that does neteller matter of minutes.

Agree with above anything over a couple hours really is too long. Over two days is just ridiculous.

I received an email three days later (almost 80 hours processing time) that during the transaction time taken they were 'unable to process neteller transactions' and instead went ahead and issued a check which I will not have in front of me until Saturday at the earliest.

There was no attempt to contact me beforehand in regards to changing the method of withdrawl to my choice. Im sure such a small time business like neteller had a downtime peroid of days on end since they are such a mom-n-pop type operation.

So Im stuck with the slow play option and not getting paid in the manner requested.

F***ing unacceptable.

Bottom line is that if books continue to not pay in a timely and requested manner, then there is little sense in giving them your business. Every withdrawl at this book has been a fiasco on some level, but Ive continued to give them benefit of the doubt because of my success there.

Why would you want to piss off larger players making a smallish (10%) withdrawl unless you want them to clear out their account? Plenty of books out there that pay faster and better. Ultimately, that is all that matters. Getting paid.

if you're not posting the name of the book because it's a sponsor, don't worry about that. it's their fault not madjacksports.

The book in question is a sponsor, Jack. Ive had disputes in the past with others and Im sure that there will be more to come in the years ahead.

Im not naming names as of right now. I have my own reasons and this is the way I want to handle it. What I am going to do is make several more withdrawls over the remainder of this month. All will be for like amounts to the previous one and all will be thru neteller. Any 'complications' in the future will be noted here.

when i cash at pokerstars, the money is in neteller by the time i go check and i go check immediately. in my experience, pokerstars is the fastest. i don't even know how they can do it so fast.

Most books will only cover the fees on one withdrawl a month.

Yup, he just loaded up his car and drove out there on a mission.

He started playing 1/2 NL at off the wall places like Flamingo, Imperial Palace, etc.

I called him last year when I was in Vegas Superbowl weekend. He couldn't hook up because Superbowl weekend is HUGE for the local poker players. He now plays 10/20 NL.

He seemed very happy.

Good for him.
