Does anyone know if Neteller credit card deposits are charged as cash advances or just regular purchases by the CC comnpanies?

neteller won't even take my CC's (just like the books won't) banks have a clue now as to the main reason that neteller is used.....LOL

they will take some cards tho, and i have no idea how to answer the direct question that you asked
