Need to know your opinions about these two, as far as moving money offshore but more important moving money back in....
I understand Neteller has a debit card that functions as an atm card.....you can just get your money from an atm machine....
prepaid atm has same option but I don't see them advertised as much as Neteller....
can anybody tell me thier experiences with these systems.....limits.....fees.....drawbacks......good points....
I like the thought of being able to access the money through atm systems.....what about privacy issues......how safe is money left in neteller accounts, say if you had one or two thousand in your neteller account and decided to draw out a few hundred at a time....?????
