NETeller Withdrawals???

Are we going to get our money back?

Have $4K on deposit there and withdrawal is "pending".

Anybody having any response with customer service or getting their money out?

The way I understood it was that if your money was in Neteller, you should be fine with getting your money back, that current US residents with neteller accounts were ok.....you are just unable to deposit or withdrawl to and from a sportsbook.....could be wrong but thats what i gathered

I am still waiting fot it to hit my bank. They said it could be days or weeks. UGH. They cannot transfer funds from US Banks or to US Banks.

I called and they said it would take 2 or 3 weeks. She never said they could not transfer funds to or from US banks. She just said that they never thought this would happen this fast and are overwhelmed by the workload. That is the reseaon for the delay.

She said I could cancel the tranfer and request a check but that also would take a few weeks.

Just got my "new" Neteller card a few days ago and I can't even withdraw on that! SHEESH!!!!!!

our ability to provide US members with any type of withdrawals is significantly reduced. As a top priority, we are working to resolve all withdrawal issues, but in the meantime we continue to maintain these funds in trust on your behalf even though their is currently no way for US Members to withdraw funds.

We are doing our best to restore our withdrawal options but don't know how long this will take. In the meantime your funds are safely maintained in trust accounts. We will communicate any updates as soon as possible.

I spoke with a VIP customer service agent last Friday and was advised that there is no finite date when ETF withdrawals will be resumed. Meanwhile he suggested I apply for their NETeller card which I could then transfer my funds and withdraw at a local ATM.

Now TJ says that doesn't even work.

I am getting somewhat concerned...even looked into filing a complaint with the Financial Services Authority (supposedly the government body regulating their activities).

Anybody have any other ideas or any successes with getting their money out?

no luck here...i also have around $4K stuck in there from Pinnacle...

I spoke to their customer service and the guy said that its just backlog but i haven't heard of anyone getting paid so i think they just stopped the EFT like you said...

Their customer service guy said that if i want i can cancel my eft and money will appear back into my account and that peer to peer works (i am not so sure) so if i want to transfer to another neteller member outside the US i can do that...

i am also concerned and have no idea when and if we'll get our money...

the guy kept telling me that my money is not in jeopardy, but i am not so sure...

any help/suggestion really appreciated

looks like your going to have to take a percentage loss and put it up on ebay. some guy is also selling $500 prepaid visa cards for 600 dollars neteller dollars by person to person transfer. good luck.

Looks like the situation is pretty uncertain. Ebay is a good alternative to cash out whatever you have in Neteller.

Well, after fighting a casino for a month to get my money into Neteller and finally receiving it, I now too have 1800.00 "pending" with the same bullshit all of citizens of a "freedom" like country cant get our money..... Unbelievable. Has anyone sold their money on E-bay yet..... May have to take a 10-20% hit..... Or maybe I should just wait it out.

I just tried calling neteller to get another BS answer about when I'm getting my money.

Now they aren't even answering the phone. I called the 1-86-neteller number. No matter what prompt I choose they just hang up.

I also sent an email but surpirse surprise no response. This is not looking good.

Cant I just cancel the pending transer and use the cash to buy something else using neteller?

Im in the same boat as you guys, i have $3200 pending. This sucks, I was thinking the same as you are Pocket, been debating tryin to cancel eft and buy a lcd tv or something, would hate to get nothing out of $3200, just kinda scared to wait it out.:shrug:

Can't you guys just transfer the money to another person with a neteller card? I called and cancelled my EFT because I relized I had a card. I then went to an ATM machine with the correct logo and pulled it out.

i'm pretty sure they have stopped doing the atm transactions as well, that's what i heard at another forum.

It appears all USA accounts are "frozen" completely until further notice. Am I wrong? Is there a way to buy something online?
