NETeller does not.

However, it is not uncommon for the book/casino to charge you anywhere from $15-20 for making the withdrawal.

To make a deposit via NETeller is usually free, but some places stipulate a minimum deposit amount otherwise they will charge a fee.

Some books may offer you the option of transferring your funds to another book. You might want to call them to inquire if they do that, and if they do it for a small charge. :)

Well, I took what I read and decided to join Neteller with the ultimate purpose of making a deposit with Pinnacle. Here's what happened to me!

I signed up and tried to make a credit card deposit. It got declined. So I tried once more, figuring that I must have entered something wrong. Declined again. So I called the credit card company and the woman I spoke with tells me (after a few minutes on hold) that the problem is that Neteller is not recognizing the expiration year! So I call Neteller and talk to some guy who says he has never heard of that, so I should try again. I tell him that I don't want to get locked out. He says that he will take care of that.

So I try again, get declined and, sure enough, I get locked out. Come to find out that my wife, who was shopping out of town at the time, lost her credit card and wisely called the credit card company and they cancelled the card. Obviously the woman that I talked to from the credit card company did not know that the card was cancelled and blamed the problem on Neteller.

So after I find this out, I call Neteller back and explain the situation. They tell me that I am out of luck and that after 3 tries with one credit card, they will not accept a different card number!

So now I remain locked out and can't join unless I get certified, which involves letting them into my bank account, which I don't want to do.

So, I guess I'll work directly with Pinnacle by wiring them some money or something.

Very frustrating experience. Neteller was very unsympathetic and offered no solution. :(

I sent money to Pinnacle by Western Union. Cash transaction and no cards involved. If amount is $1000 or over Pinnacle picks up the cost of the transaction.

Mail them to find out who you have to send money to by WU. The reciever changes every day.

Cheers !!!

Thanks, Mr. Spock. I think I will take your advice. Seems much simpler, no fees, and then you get withdrawals sent to you instead of to your credit card.

Heleanth I had the same concern when i hooked up with paypal (access to my bank acct.) but i read in a post here that they just opened up a seperate acct. strictly for wagering i usually only keep under $500 for my wagering needs. I probably will do the same with netteller also one other great thing my wife doesn't see the swing of money in/out of the credit card.

no problemo heleanth .. I am surprise Pinnacle does not advertise Western Union on its main page. After going thru the FAQ's u will see mention of W/U. Mebbe because they pay the transaction cost. But excellent book.

Dont see any point in lettin the financial institution get whiff that u r bettin or gamblin .. even though lot of people do it I have been told by friends from financial industry that it is something not looked upon favorably while granting a loan etc. Of course no one knows for sure if they actually go to the extent of checking where the money is going etc. but I think better to go cash and not have any records for such activities with any of the cards or financial institutions ..

just bein safe here ..
at least is the states the feds seem to be crackin down ..

Cheers !!!

Hey, Spock. I did the Western Union deposit at Pinnacle. Nothing to it. Put in over $1,000 so Pinnacle paid the fees and gave me a 10% bonus. Slick. Now I only have to deal with one place (Pinnacle) rather than two (Pinnacle and Neteller) when making withdrawals (if ever!). Thanks, Spock.

I have heard some positive comments about Neteller, but they were very unhelpful to me and I got the feeling they really didn't care if they got my business or not. I don't like doing business with that kind of outfit. I got the feeling they would treat me the same way if I had a problem with money transfers. I am happy to be able to circumvent them.

I usually do WU.........and did with Pinnacle. I agree with Spock......no sense in lettin banks, gov't etc. get a whiff of any of your activities. For many reasons. And then just let them send you a check or wire for the withdrawals. Whenever the KISS method can be applied, I generally do so..........seems I run into foul ups on a lotta things, not just casino deposits & withdrawals. Oh, yeh, for those of you who are wonderin, KISS, it's an old theory...........Keep It Simple, Stupid. THE HITMAN

Thanks, Hitman. You are absolutely right. The simpler you can make it, the less chance there is of something going wrong.

Generally, I can deal with it when I get some cooperation from the other party, but Neteller was so unhelpful that I really was at a loss as to what to do next, so I just gave up. Poor customer service, at least in my case.
