Well, I took what I read and decided to join Neteller with the ultimate purpose of making a deposit with Pinnacle. Here's what happened to me!
I signed up and tried to make a credit card deposit. It got declined. So I tried once more, figuring that I must have entered something wrong. Declined again. So I called the credit card company and the woman I spoke with tells me (after a few minutes on hold) that the problem is that Neteller is not recognizing the expiration year! So I call Neteller and talk to some guy who says he has never heard of that, so I should try again. I tell him that I don't want to get locked out. He says that he will take care of that.
So I try again, get declined and, sure enough, I get locked out. Come to find out that my wife, who was shopping out of town at the time, lost her credit card and wisely called the credit card company and they cancelled the card. Obviously the woman that I talked to from the credit card company did not know that the card was cancelled and blamed the problem on Neteller.
So after I find this out, I call Neteller back and explain the situation. They tell me that I am out of luck and that after 3 tries with one credit card, they will not accept a different card number!
So now I remain locked out and can't join unless I get certified, which involves letting them into my bank account, which I don't want to do.
So, I guess I'll work directly with Pinnacle by wiring them some money or something.
Very frustrating experience. Neteller was very unsympathetic and offered no solution.
