I prefer Neteller, and so do most of the people i communicate with on a regular basis when it comes to capping.

The only drawback IMO is that your first deposit into Neteller when setting up your account takes up to 5 business days. After that it is very smooth sailing. Have had a Neteller account for almost 2 years. Never a problem. Great service, detailed description of funds going in and out. Very easy to access. High daily limits on withdrawal's and deposit's once you get your account certified.

Once you get the money into your Neteller account it takes literally 1-3 minutes before you can have the money in an offshore.

Pinnacle is by far the best when it comes to withdrawing back into your Neteller as well. It takes maybe 60 seconds to see that money back into your Neteller.

VIP also very fast
5 Dimes very good as well (takes about 20 minutes)
GameDay same as VIP
Oasis very quick as well about 10 minutes

***Plus I have never had to pay any sort of fee. I think all fee's are waived if dealing with $50 or more in transactions.

VIP, Gameday, Oasis, 5 Dimes, all have no limit transaction per WD monthly

Pinnacle allows one free per month and fees are waived on anything over $500 per month. I'm pretty sure. Plus they allow $8000.00 per transaction, while most shops keep it at $2000.00-$2,500.00

Neteller;)
