Netteller help

I just went to log into my account with netteller for the first time in months. It used to have an Account ID and a Secure ID to log on. Now it is looking for a user name and password...

Did I miss something here and what do I do?

account id
secure id
password

always has

Am I logging in to wrong location? It has been awhile...

maybe since you have had an inactive account they need you to jump thru some hoops. don't know.
