Well I seem to have gotten into a bit of a bind and I need to know what to do other than just quit. But I am 0-2 this week and down 220. Is it panic time. My goal is to just break even. Any tips? Thanks

my advice is if you like sports wagering, expect losses...
try smaller wagers, i used to wager 10, 20 dollars when i first started.

If you're 0-2...in an bind and it's already panic time.... QUIT.

...maybe 5-10 % of the entire bankroll should be your maximum play, IMHO. Best of luck this weekend.

Bet $10 a game. That's still too much for a newbie, but let's call it an "end of the year" special.

When you titled your thread, "New At This Stuff", you should have added, "And don't know my ass from a hole in the ground. Would appreciate any or all help in all aspects of sportsbetting. I.e Money management, Handicapping and Betting Strategies. I don't know the first thing about what I'm doing. I don't even know what questions to ask, but I'm putting large chunks of my money at risk and losing. Should I join GA, lower my wagers, or first try to learn about handicapping before I put any more of my money at risk? Thanks for your replies.
