Well since I've been banned from 5dimes I'm in need of a new book. The Greek was my backup but they moved me to Heritage. What's the word on them? I am in the US so pickings are slim. I mainly bet on golf and 5d was by far the best for golf. Are there any good us golf books that list full fields and top 5 betting. Also decent odds are a must. 5dimes gets their golf odds from betfair but I doubt I'll find that anywhere else from the states. I'm just looking for something comparable. Also is there any way to bet at pinnacle through the Us?

Any recommendations?
