This one is an easy one for me. Sure, Patricia knows the New England Offense, but more importantly, Belichick and Brady know Patricia's defensive tendencies. My money will go on Tom and company to exploit a poor Detroit Defense and Stafford isn't bold enough to lead a comeback for the Lions. This one will get away from Detroit early and they'll force themselves into a few turnovers in the last few quarters trying to play catch up. I like the Pats by double digits.
