new info on radiation from ct scans...not good

man...very scary stuff..i heard a doctor on t.v. say that 3-5 scans in a lifetime is a significant risk..

:142smilie ...i had 2 this year(can`t remember any others)...went for an ultrasound and the foreign technician messed up and the report said i had a "plum sized" mass in my left kidney....

of course i was panic stricken...kidney cancer is one of thee most resistant to treatment....

turned out that after 2 ct scans,it was a natural deviation in the kidney that many people have....

2 ct scans....for nothing....:sadwave:
