A match-up of surging teams tonight as Jason Kidd and the Atlantic Division leading New Jersey Nets travel to Miami to take on the Heat.

The (23-9) Nets thrashed Cleveland 102-88 last time out and go for their eighth consecutive SU win tonight. Although they own the league's best home record at 18-1, it's been a different story on the road as they are just 5-8 SU and 6-7 ATS. It's also worth noting they are 3-6 ATS as a road favorite.

The (12-19) Heat have won their last 3 SU by 34, 9 and 20 points respectively. They are on an amazing nine-game ATS winning streak and although many of those wins have been against sub-.500 teams they are beating the spread by 14 points per game.

Miami will be playing on just one days rest but are a very healthy 10-3 ATS in this situation.

They have won 7 of their last 9 SU and tonight we expect a very exciting game with the Heat keeping it close enough to get the cover.
