BBQ Shrimp
Pre Heat oven to 375

Rinse three pounds of raw,Leave shell on shrimp. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle black pepper generously over shrimp. Squeeze two large lemons over shrimp and discard lemon wedges, Slice two onions and garnish over shrimp.
Place in oven while making sauce.
Stove top-
Melt two lbs of butter and add the following:
1 tbl spoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 tbl spoon of paprika
1 tbl spoon of lea & perrin
4 tbl spoons of BBQ powder
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes once butter is completely melted.

Pull shrimp out of oven and pour sauce over shrimp and place back in the oven for 35 more minutes. Stir shrimp every 10 minutes.

Heat french bread for dipping

Serve in bowls with sauce, Peel and eat shrimp and use sauce for dipping the french bread.

had em 100 times and seen my best bud who owned a restaurant make em over 100 times but never heard of em going in the oven to bake...only seen em made very similar but totally sauteed in black skillet:shrug:

not saying yours wrong at all...just a different spin and looks awesome :0074

Can he done both ways, but restaurants do it your way.
