we have a 37" panasonic in our bedroom...it was a 720 p....i was hesitant,but we liked it and the price was right...

got it home and in all honesty,it`s absolutely comparable...and in some instances better than out 52" sony in the living room...

i think 720 p on anything other than a huge screen looks great,....i wouldn`t change my decision....

that`s a pretty sick price....

I also own this same tv. Buy it, you wont regret it. I have 4 different samsung ranging is size and the picutre in the 42 is as good as any.
