Odds to Win NFC Title

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 12 to 1

Chicago Bears 4 to 1

Green Bay Packers 7 to 2

Philadelphia Eagles 11 to 1

San Francisco 49ers 8 to 1

St Louis Rams 2 to 5

Personally, I like the Rams, even in a future. I got them at 5 to 2 (to win the superbowl) at the beginning of the season for 2 units, and now I am going to lay 10 units on them winning the NFC. 10 units to win 4. I think that this is a best bet.

Rams have no real competition at home. They will have team with the worst record from the wild card round (No matter what happens in GB/SF, the winner of Philly/TB will have a worse record) I assume that it will be Philly. They beat Philly in Philly, so this one is easy. Now they have the winner of GB/SF at Chicago. I think that either GB/SF beats chicago and plays Rams. They beat SF twice this year, but may have a tough time with GB, but they still are at home.

Either way, I think that 10 units to win 4 is a gift.

I couldn't agree with you more, I don't think anyone else is even close. Even if Green Bay does get there, they don't play well on the concrete.

ok... so I locked in on the Rams 2 to 5 to win the NFC before the playoofs started for 10 units.

They were -600 Money line against GB and are -750 against Philly. Parlay these two together and wager 10 units, and you would return 32.2 units. So I guess that I got a good return (potential, if they beat Philly) for my money. I waggered 10 to win 40, so it is a 7.8 unit EV.

I could hedge the other way and split, but the Rams are as good as golden.

This is no big deal, I am just proud that I picked an obvious future, and it looks very good.

LOL RAM BACKERS!
