Time to make or break some dollars, the Bodog Sportsbook has posted the NFL playoffs odds for this weekend?s NFL wild-card matchups:
Kansas City Chiefs at Indianapolis Colts - Saturday, 4:30 p.m. ET on NBC
LINE: IND -7
Although this one smells like a match made in hell for Indianapolis, oddsmakers opened up the Colts as seven point favs versus the run heavy Kansas City Chiefs. The early money says bettors are expecting Chiefs RB Larry Johnson to leave tread marks on the Colts? last place run D.
Dallas Cowboys at Seattle Seahawks - Saturday, 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC
LINE: SEA -3
Despite laying an egg bigger than Bill Pacells? bra size versus Detroit, the Dallas Cowboys open up as only three point underdogs to the Seattle Seahawks. The ?Boys finished up the season with consecutive losses to Philadelphia and Detroit, and will be in tough with the Hawks? 12th man ready to bring the noise in Qwest Field.
New York Jets at New England Patriots - Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET on CBS
LINE: NE -8.5
Though it wasn?t their best season overall, the New England Patriots still command respect coming into the NFL playoffs and opened as 8.5-point favorites against the New York Jets. Jets coach Eric Mangini will be looking for new ways to confuse the New England offense on Sunday, the coach?s defense was able to force two tournovers from the disciplined squad in their 17-14 victory in Week 10.
New York Giants at Philadelphia Eagles - Sunday, 4:30 p.m. ET on FOX
LINE: PHI -7
Once believed to have lost their playoff chances along with Donovan Mcnabb?s ACL, the Philadelphia Eagles open as seven point favorites against the inconsistent New York Giants. With five wins in a row the Eagles have been hot, however, the Giants looked like they regained their offensive rythmn when they let RB Tiki Barber light-up Washington for 234 rushing yards in Week 17.
