It's been and still is 20 cent to buy on or off 3 that most places. Just checked a book on the NE game and the cost to buy on or off 3 is 30 cent. WOW - who would do that!!! Anyone else have a book that has moved to 30 vs 20 cent?

The true worth of getting on or off 3 is between 20-23 cents. The lower the total, the more it's worth. It's also worth slightly more to buy on 3 than to buy off it
