A pretty solid first week of NFL and I haven't even released any big plays yet. That changes this weekend!! Let's keep it rolling....

YTD: 6-1 +5.80 units

5* Broncos -2.5 -120

*Bought the 1/2 here. Was very impressed by Denver in their beating of the Cheifs. They had a very balanced attack going. Jags got a nice win themselves, but the QB play was very weak early. Denver should get the money and cover the small number on the road as they 9-1 ats their first road game of the seaon L/10!*

5* Patriots -8

*As much as I don't like going with these guys (I'm a Dolphin fan) they are VERY good! This is about making money, so all personal feelings aside. They showed lots of heart by beating the Colts in the first game. This game should be much easier to handle for them as the Cards are a few steps back from the Colts. Pats have a bye week after this game, so going out on good note will be imperative and I'm sure will be stressed by coach Belichick as well as tightening up the "D".*

GL!! Will be adding more plays including a 6* BOMB in the SEA/TBAY game as soon as the line is released!!

Adding:

6* Seahawks -2.5

*Was a little shocked at the opening line here thinking I'd be getting some points, but looks like the oddsmakers are already caught up to this Bucs team. I think Seattle is out to prove something on the road this year since they got downtalked all offseason about not doing well last year away from home. Passed the first test at NO already. I like this team Holmgren's put together and think they have a legit shot at making the bowl this year, BUT they have to win games like these. TBay didn't impress me at all with their play last week and don't think just being at home will solve their problems offensively. Johnson had a decent game, but they struggled moving the ball. Also, a look ahead going to Oakland next week could be a factor. Would love to see Alexander in there for SEA, but still a play whether he goes or not.*

Olympic opened the line @ Tampa -3!!....Quickly came into -2.5, and then went OTB.
I actually assumed it went OTB becasue of Alexander....check lines today to find Seattle as FG favs!!!

Seattle travelling cross country 2 weeks in a row...Tampa not wanting to go 0-2...might be a tough spot for the Hawks?

(Looking at the under...esp if Alexander doesn't go)

Good Luck RS.

Yeah, I totally expected Tampa to be favored here. I know they don't want to start 0-2, but they will. I don't think people really know yet how good this Seattle team is...they are good and VERY well coached. Don't let Tampa being dogs at home in this spot fool you...they struggled heavily last week running the ball...will continue this week as well. GL!!

Adding one play:

1* Steelers +4

*Line seems to be moving in most places, so wanted to get this in now. Went against the Ravens last week and doing so again here. I'm not sold on Boller...bottom line! I know Ravens are back at home and they'll be pumped, but the Steelers know how to tame that lion and should give them a good game. Pitt has much talent on both sides of the ball and I very much like the Duce in the backfield. I have no idea what went wrong with Jamaal last week, but somethings not right there and Pitt's "D" did pretty well against him last year. It's pretty simple so far to stop the Ravens....stuff the box and slow down Jamaal and make Boller beat you. As stated last week, Balt with all the Deion hype is a Joe Public pick team so far. Should be a very CLOSE game.*

Adding:

1* Bengals -5

*Going against my Fins here. Feel this is a bad spot for them and honestly feel they aren't going to win many games straight up or ats this year. Bengals put up some pretty good yardage against the Jets last week and feel coach Lewis will tighten his "D" up this week. This is the first Sunday night game for Cincy in quite some time and Miami, when they were good, just has dominated them in recent years. Time to take advantage of Miami being down for Cincy. I feel Miami will continue to struggle offensively even with Feely. Bengals should have no problem covering this small number. Fade Miami until they prove otherwise.*

1* Redskins/Giants OVER 40.5

*I am riding all Giants games to go over the total until it stops. Their games in preseason were all high scoring and it continued into week 1. With a bad offensive line and a bad defense their will be points scored in their games no matter who they play. I feel until they make some big changes or get some injured players back they will put up enough points and give up a ton of points to cover these over numbers. Different style of G-men football is coming especially with Manning as the future. He will score. I see the Skins offense breaking out a little more now that they are facing a Giants "D" that is no where near Tampa's.*

Adding:

5* Colts -1

*I am very much willing to bet that Indy does not go 0-2 to start this season. Line movement has made Indy fav's now. Banking on it staying that way as I think it'll go up a little more. Besides the TO's vs the Pats, the Colts played a very good game and should bounce back this week. Titans got outgained in yardage overall by the pathetic Miami offense last week. Offense for the Colts should prevail here and be too much for Tenn. Both running backs should have big games. I really like Brown for Tenn. His name WILL be known by the end of the season.*
