If you like the underdog in an NFL game, do you think it is worth it over time to always take them on the money line instead of taking the points? Underdogs within a reasonable spread of maybe six points or less. I don't have any stats on it, but it seems like most NFL dogs that cover the spread in that range win outright.

On the course!
I know you didn't ask, but if you bet every NBA home dog of 5 points or less, on the ML, you will make money every season.

The spread rarely comes into play. Pick the winner of the game. The fav covers or the dog wins outright about 88% of the time.
