INDIANAPOLIS +6
Saints have trouble in secondary and the Manning/Harrison combo tore up Miami last week. Brooks has been up and down all year and the N.O. defense has looked vulnerable the past couple games.Take the points with a game that could go down to the last snap.
NEW YORK JETS over 37(Best Bet)
I think Miami will come out aggressive offensively in quest of getting the proverbial monkey off their back. The last couple of weeks the Dolphins have incorporated some of their young offensive skilled players and have had great success. The Jets should also be able to exploit the Dolphins secondary that is starting a rookie corner and secong year inexprecienced safety. Look for the Jets to hit big plays by freezing the young players in the secondary with play action.
WASHINGTON +8?
The Redskins have finally grouped a couple of wins together. They had been competitive in many of their early games but have now finally shown the ability to win. The bye week had to help the team since the team is banged up and made primarily of veteran players. The broncos are not clicking offensively with defenses trying to take Rod Smith away from Griese. The Redskins should keep this game close by taking away Rod Smith and making the Broncos weakened running game beat them.
ARIZONA -1?
Arizona should have the advantage of playing at home against an indoor team not accustomed to the Arizona tempature and humidity. Arizona is an average team at best, but should handle A winless Detroit team that has yet to discover the knack to win.
NEW ENGLAND under 46?
Look for the Patriots to try to control the ball with heir improved ground game. The healthier Pats D-Line will look to keep pressure on the banged up Warner. It also may be difficult for the Rams to utilize their offensive weopons if the weather elements make it difficult to pass.
Any feedback would be appreciatd.
