Rough night last night 3-5 :nutkick:
YTD: 19-14-2
First thoughts on last night...
Dante and Miami may have more than enough to challenge the Pats TY. But health concerns still exist.
Carolina will be tough to beat, if last night was any indication, once Smith gets back healthy and is Keyshan keeps playin as well...tough 1-2. Defensively, Peppers is a load.
I still don't believe GB is that good, nor is Atlanta that bad.
Is missing training camp important? Ask Matt.
I truly believe under Kubiak, the Texans are gonna surprise some people, and I think that as the season progresses, any questions of the top draft pick will be laid to rest, I think Williams is the real deal.
Everyone knows Big Ben can play with pain, don't have any worries in Pitt...but still think the Vikes may struggle to get to.500 TY.
No one wants to challenge Pennington in NY, much to the dismay of the Jet staff and front office.
This season may force Gibbs back to Tony Stewert. Can the 'skins play any worse than last night
Bronco RB Bell, runs for a 30yd gain and steps out, then proceeds to get reamed by WR Rod Smith..."Out of Bounds is for Quarterbacks"...(what a great line  )
Tonight:
SF (+3)...Have not been impressed the Tha Ray-Dars. I know the 'niners snuck up on Chicago last week but I think a bad night night for the Bears is the same as a good night for Oakland. :brows:
(A lean to the Over (36')...a lean because it's just more of one of those gut feelings, than any reasoning behind it.)
Indy (-3)...Peyton and the 1st stringers getting about 18-20 snaps...Seattle "D" still banged up, so 18-20 chances...should produce about 17-to-24 points. First home game for Indy since "Big Ben's Tackle". Plus national TV...I'll lean to the Under (38)...both teams play it close to the vest, but the Colts just have more in this one.
As always...GLTA :toast: Doc
