Mike Smith doesn't care about preseason games as attributed to his poor 6-12 SU record. However in week 3 of the preseason he treats differently as a dress rehearsal for the real thing as he is 3-1 SU overall. From what I've found on the net, the Falcons starters will play into the 3rd quarter.
